    Missed off a big Mac on mcdelivery through the McDonald’s app, no access to previous email so just have a paper receipt and no one’s taking liability for the mistake. Called up explained that I am willing to come and collect it myself but still no effort in helping me after they made a mistake. Just awful tbh, can clearly see on cctv that you haven’t put it in the bag, so why such a big issue about actually letting me collect something that I have paid for. The Big Mac was clearly one made ages ago and then they opened it back up threw on the extra requested items and put it in the bag. Disgusting and not fresh at all.

    Every time we go it is a joke. Long waits being ignored. Staff moving collection numbers on the system when food is still nowhere to be seen. Almost every time we go there are missing items. Today it looked ok ... stupid us ... got home to find no Pattie in the burger at all!! The staff have no idea what they are doing and there is clearly no effective management getting a grip of things. I have never known a McDonald’s this bad ... and it’s been like it for a few years now. I have tried complaining more than once but nothing changes.

    Ordered ahead on the app in order to save time and went to collect from the drive thru. Big mistake! It took minutes to get through. No apology for the painfully slow service, only to be presented with a lukewarm Big Mac and a chicken wrap that hadn't been wrapped and all the ingredients were in the bottom of the cardboard tube! Also, no napkins in the bag. I am seriously considering deleting the My McDonalds app and avoiding altogether as it's rubbish way more often than it's good!

    The quality of this maccies has been going downhill recently, but our last order was astronishingly bad. We ordered two large meals, two mcflurries and two frappes. All the food was stone cold and the two large fries we ordered were barely half full of cold chips. Neither of the frappes or mcflurries had many toppings on at all. We feel completely scammed here and wont be going to this mcdonalds again, the quality of the food here is unacceptable for the £ we payed for it. I strongly recommend giving this one a miss and heading to another one, there are a couple within minutes drive.
